Prop-making could very well be the making of anything from just about everything. The infinite possibilities mixed with the diversity of materials and tools governed only by imagination, budget and skills, puts prop-making as one of the most interesting, and ever-changing job in the world.
I started prop-making right after I left school for HBO Asia's mini TV series, Grace. There, I sculptured, carved, molded, cast, painted my way through all the props required for the show. It was a blast! I knew then, I would always be creating something with these two hands of mine.
Five years from then, the learning, the picking of new tricks and skills and the making have never stopped.
If anyone asked me what my favourite tool is. I would raise my two hands. They are.
